NO CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS 

We do NOT allow any cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds, All sales are final.  
Our products are one of a kind and cannot be replaced. Due to the nature of crystal formations each one is unique, including those that are natural and/or have been shaped, carved, sculpted, and/or polished. If you are purchasing jewelry please measure properly before ordering. All sales are final. 

Damages and Delivery
We take every possible effort to package and ship your item safely to you. Unfortunately once your package leaves our possession, it is up to the shipping carrier to get your item to you undamaged. Refunds, exchanges, or returns will not be given due to damage incurred during shipping. If your item is damaged upon delivery you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier that delivered your package.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
