Shipping Policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

Shipping rates are determined by the shipping carrier.

You as the buyer/purchaser are solely responsible for all shipping, tax, customs, duties and any other fees associated with your purchase.

Order Processing Time All orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 24-72 hours. All orders placed during the weekend Saturday or Sunday or on a public holiday will be processed and dispatched Monday or on the next business day that is not a holiday. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. International Orders Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Replacements, Cancellations, Refunds, Returns: We do NOT offer replacements, cancellations, refunds, returns. Due to our products being hand made, one-of-a-kind, natural rock/mineral/crystal/gemstone, etc. we cannot offer these options at this time. 

Shipping & Handling: We take every precaution we can to ensure your item(s) are packaged with care, we use bubble wrap, packing peanuts, cotton (depending on the item) to ensure your item(s) safe arrival. We do not offer refunds for any damage incurred during shipping, all items are checked before packaging them. You have the option at check out to select package insurance to safeguard your item(s) during the shipping process. Claims must be issued with the shipping carrier.
